Allen Jost

Allen Jost has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and credit risk management data analytics with companies such as Metromail, Citicorp and Commercial Credit Finance Company.

He was also on the senior management team of start-up companies HNC Software (VP New Product Development), ID Analytics (Chief Technology Officer) and Fortel Analytics (VP Analytics). HNC Software went public in 1995 and in 2002 merged with Fair Isaac, Inc. (FICO). ID Analytics was purchased by LifeLock in 2012. Fortel Analytics is currently providing its fraud analytics technology to Truven HealthCare Analytics, which was purchased by IBM in 2016, to provide unsupervised fraud detection systems to healthcare payers.

Dr. Jost built the first successful credit card fraud detection scoring models in the financial services industry. By the late-1990’s, those fraud models were used to screen credit card transactions on nearly 80% of the credit cards in the United States and about 40% of all credit cards worldwide. He has a PhD in Applied Statistics and he is an inventor and co-inventor listed on seven patents that deal with credit card and identity fraud detection analytics systems and the original patent on residential property appraisal statistical models. In May 2000, Dr. Jost was selected as one of the "Top 100 IT Leaders in the United States" by Computerworld magazine.

He has also raised money to support a feeding program in rural Costa Rica as well as for the operation of 2 AAU basketball teams.

Simon Baitler

A veteran of more than forty years in the insurance business, nineteen of them with Transamerica Life Companies, Simon became Chief Operations Officer for Transamerica Life Insurance and Annuity Company in 1978.

He was responsible for the Company's Mergers and Acquisitions function and its corporate asset/liability management program. During his management of the M & A function, Transamerica successfully divested itself of its group life and health insurance operations and its Australian subsidiary. In 1989, Simon started his consulting business, initially as a strategic advisor to senior executives in the Insurance Industry, assisting them in articulating a vision and a prioritized strategy to achieve that vision.

Saurabh Khetrapal

Mr. Saurabh Khetrapal co-founded Sales Portal, Inc. in 2008 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

As an angel investor and a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Khetrapal has been involved in several private ventures over the past 16 years. His projects have spanned across several industries, including information technology, consumer products and services, real estate development, pharmaceutical and biotech, and manufacturing. Mr. Khetrapal is the Owner of several patents, mainly in IT and marketing services.

Film and art are also a large part of his life. He has written and produced several short films. He a non-profit organization that provides educational opportunities to the under-privileged in Africa. He received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lawrence University in Wisconsin.

Coleman Clougherty

Coleman is a veteran of the Community Banking Industry with over 35 years of experience.

Beginning his career in Public Accounting and transitioning deeper into the industry where he held various positions at community banks including Department Head, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Board Member and Chairman of the Board. Currently Coleman serves as a consultant to the industry focusing on Strategic Planning, Operational Efficiencies and M&A opportunities. He also serves as a "Subject Matter Expert" for several firms involved in serving the technology needs of the financial services industry.

Marty Sunde

Marty Sunde has led change and growth for technology companies at the forefront of data-driven consumer marketing and business process and technology outsourcing for nearly four decades.

Marty recently retired as President of Kasasa®, an innovative leader in branded, community-powered banking products proven to drive profit and growth. With the CEO, he was responsible for setting the company’s goals and strategies and aligning its leadership to ensure success for their clients, investors, and 300 employees. During his tenure, he restructured for profitable growth, averaging 45%+ year new business growth over 4 years, he also retooled product management and development, marketing, customer management, and operations. In 2015, Kasasa changed ownership from the original ‘angel’ investors to The Riverside Group.

Todd Poling

Todd Poling is the Founder and President of Vantage Point Advisors, Inc.

He is actively involved in valuation engagements of all types and also leads the firm’s strategic planning and business development efforts. Prior to founding Vantage Point Advisors, Todd was Managing Director of CBIZ Valuation Group, Inc., spending several years with the firm in the Dallas, San Diego, and Los Angeles offices. While at CBIZ, he managed large and complex valuation consulting engagements focusing heavily in the transaction arena. He participated in numerous engagements involving venture-backed and development stage companies, corporate re-structuring, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs and fairness opinions. In addition, Todd provided valuation consulting in litigation support situations and served as an expert witness in both deposition and trial settings.

Dean enjoys time with his family, and yes, some of that family time is spent in the dojo: Dean and his son are both 3rd degree black belts in Tae Kwon Do. He and his family also enjoy supporting community theater.
