Linas Jarasius

Chief Executive Officer, Founder

Linas Jarasius is the founder and creator of the TEVO Score.

For the last +25 years,he has specialized in helping owners grow, fund or exit their business. More than 3,000 companies on three continents have benefited from his insights, practical tools and expertise.

His career includes 15 years of sales and senior management roles with international IT companies in Australia and 6 years of M&A transactional work with middle market businesses in the UK. It was his time in London where ill prepared or badly advised business owners inspired him to develop tools and methodologies to help his clients understand the wealth and equity they had created take control and management of their own legacy.

He relocated to San Francisco in 2005 where he co-founded Swiss Avenue Partners and then Sterling Creek Holdings, the owner of InfoVera in 2015.

Laura Rasmussen

Laura Rasmussen is a serial entrepreneur who has led successful enterprises in the legal, manufacturing, real estate, energy, and retail sectors over a career spanning nearly four decades.

She believes in and lives by the concept that the best payoffs come to those who work hard and refuse to relent in the face of adversity.

Laura brings a significant amount of experience and knowledge in business operations and the law. Her legal career has honed talents in negotiations, intellectual property, and contracts. She is a whiz at reading financials, loves to dig into the details, and has a significant number of contacts in the investment community.

Jaime De La Garza

Mr. de la Garza is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Properties of the Americas (CPA).

Prior to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. De la Garza served CPA as its Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, from 2003 to 2015, CPA grew from two million square feet of GLA to 33 million square feet of GLA, becoming one of the largest owners of industrial real estate in Mexico. During this period, CPA raised more than US$1.5bn in financing and managed US$1.0bn of equity commitments.

Prior to CPA, Mr. De la Garza’s broad experience includes: Finance Director for Latin America with International Water Ltd., Investment officer for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Operations Manager with Schlumberger. He has also served as Independent Consultant to institutions such as the North American Development Bank, Hewlett Packard and Alterra Partners, and currently serves on a number of company boards. Mr. De la Garza holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with Honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and an MBA from INSEAD.
